For the past 13 years, Richland One School District has collectively raised close to $195,000 for the March of Dimes. Congratulations to our top (2) schools, Meadowfield Elementary and Hopkins Middle School, who led the way in fundraising for 2024.
Families in our own communities need champions like us now more than ever. The U.S. is the most dangerous high-income nation for childbirth. South Carolina has one of the highest rates of preterm birth in the country. By participating in March for Babies, we’re helping to end preventable maternal and infant health risks, end preterm birth, and close the health equity gap.

Midlands March for Babies is scheduled for Saturday, April 26th at Riverfront Park.
