We're proud to support the March of Dimes as we participate in the March for Babies this year...or as we like to call it, the March for Mira. We're walking because our daughter Mira was born at 28 weeks gestational age - 3 months early - and spent 2 long months in the Baptist Health NICU. The March of Dimes works to help premature babies like Mira through funding research and preventative measures, and provides valuable support for families like ours as they deal with the emotional stress of having a child in neonatal intensive care. Every day, thousands of babies are born too soon, too small and often very sick - we're walking in the March for Babies because we want to do something about this.
Please support our walk. Making a secure donation is easy: just click the 'donate' button on this page. Thank you for helping us give all babies a healthy start like Mira had!
With preterm birth rates continuing to rise, the U.S. remains among the most dangerous developed nations for childbirth, especially for women and babies of color.
At March for Babies: A Mother of a Movement™ you're lifting up communities, creating connections and taking action to make America a more equitable place and ensure that every mom and baby is healthy.
Together, we’re marching to raise funds and awareness to transform the health of all families!
THANK YOU FOR YOUR SUPPORT!
