As NICU doctors, nurses, respiratory therapists, and PCTs, our lives are touched daily by tiny, fightfilled miracles. We spend tireless hours helping these tiny humans to thrive. That in itself is an indescribable reward. But for a couple of months, through the March of Dimes, we push to do more. We push to raise money to help the March of Dimes continue their research that helps us to improve the care we provide and the outcomes we see.
