Our March for Babies celebration is still on, but it looks a little different! We are rapidly preparing for a new, virtualized event that will be fun and engaging for everyone. This change in format aligns with the newly released CDC guidance for large events, to help ensure the safety and health of our participants. More details on our new format to come soon!

About March for Babies

Together, we will continue to fight that everyone is born healthy regardless of wealth, race or geography, but we can’t do it alone. We need you! Start by registering today and walk with us on May 17th! Our March for Babies is a time to honor motherhood, babies, while the San Diego community comes together to share their experiences are stories while raising critical funds to help every family.

The Morabito Family

The Morabito family’s journey with March of Dimes is deeply personal. Ron and Allegra are parents to a two-year-old daughter and twin boys, Leo and Vincent. Their twins were born prematurely, and despite all the medical advancements and care they received, they tragically lost Leo. Vincent survived, and his journey has been one of strength, resilience, and hope. Having experienced both the heartbreak of loss and the challenges of the NICU, the Morabito's understand firsthand how critical the work of March of Dimes is. That’s why they are so passionate about this cause, walking for their daughter and both of their boys- for Leo’s memory and for Vincent’s future.
