The US is among the most dangerous high-income nations for childbirth. As a member of the March of Dimes national mission team, I am dedicated to tackling the maternal and infant health crisis and creating positive change for moms and babies everywhere, especially those most at risk. 

With preterm birth and maternal death rates continuing to rise, I am committed to raising funds so that every family gets the best possible start. But I need your help.
