As a NICU nurse for the past 4 years, I've had the honor and privilege of caring for some of the tiniest, most fragile patients and their families. Every family has touched my heart in a different way. Healthy families are my passion, and I believe every baby deserves a strong start in life. With preterm birth and maternal death rates continuing to rise, the United States remains the most dangerous developed country to give birth in, especially amongst people of color. I’m committed to raising funds and awareness so that every baby and family gets the best possible start.
