Today in the U.S., 1 in every 10 babies will be born prematurely. Some of them won't survive, and others will have health problems that could last a lifetime. Since 1991, I participate in honor and/or memory of babies and families who have been affected by premature birth and/or birth defects. With preterm birth and maternal death rates continuing to rise, the U.S. remains among the most dangerous developed nations for childbirth, especially for women and babies of color. Therefore, I’m committed to raising funds so that every family gets the best possible start.
This year's walk begins my 35th anniversary as an active MOD volunteer. My personal goal is to raise $2,500. Can you help me reach my goal? Please join me in the cause of supporting healthy moms and strong babies. No donation amount is too small. Thank you in advance for your time, consideration, generous donation, and ongoing support.
March of Dimes is dedicated to bringing people together to tackle America's maternal and infant health crisis—one person, one community, and one step at a time. More than a series of walks, March for Babies is an annual tradition that supports moms and babies every day, every step of the way.
March for Babies connects friends, families, and coworkers to improve the health of families nationwide. Together with March of Dimes, each step forward brings us closer to a healthy future for all.
Thank you for your support!
