Why I Joined the March for Babies Movement
Our journey with March for Babies began in one of the most challenging times of our lives. Our daughter was born weighing just 3 pounds and a few ounces, which meant she had to spend 2.5 weeks in the NICU. During this time, we experienced firsthand the incredible care, education, and support that this organization helps provide.
From the moment she was admitted, the NICU team made sure she had everything she needed to grow stronger, and we, as parents, were guided every step of the way. The resources, knowledge, and reassurance we received were invaluable—support that wouldn’t have been possible without the efforts of March for Babies.
This experience made their mission deeply personal for me. I joined the movement to give back, to help other families facing similar challenges, and to ensure that every baby has a fighting chance. No parent should go through this journey alone, and with continued support, we can make a difference for countless families.
With preterm birth rates continuing to rise, the U.S. remains among the most dangerous developed nations for childbirth, especially for women and babies of color.
At March for Babies™ you're lifting up communities, creating connections and taking action to make America a more equitable place and ensure that every mom and baby is healthy.
Together, we’re marching to raise funds and awareness to transform the health of all families!
THANK YOU FOR YOUR SUPPORT!
