Our March for Babies celebration is still on, but please know we will be closely monitoring the newly released CDC guidance for large events, to help ensure the safety and health of our participants. We will make sure to communicate additional details should there be any changes to the scheduled event!

ABOUT MARCH FOR BABIES

This year’s March for Babies brings the event back to Geisinger’s campus as we UNITE to walk together in hopes of creating a world where every baby is born healthy. Together we can make a difference by funding research, advocacy and educational programs to give every baby a fighting chance.
Funds raised during March for Babies help to fund the NICU Family Support programs in both the Geisinger Danville and Geisinger Wyoming Valley hospitals. NICU Family Support provides educational and supportive activities to help local families through the NICU journey. 

Take steps today, whether BIG or small, to help make a difference in the lives of families in our community and across the nation.  

Put on your walking shoes, wear some purple, grab your friends and family and join us in celebration on September 22nd for an inspiring day of fun, fitness, and community.

ABOUT THE LOCAL EVENT

Geisinger is proud to sponsor this event!

The event will be held RAIN OR SHINE.

Registration begins at 11 am.

A Superhero Sprint for children will be held at 11:45 am.

Opening remarks will be at 12 noon with the walk to proceed immediately after that.

The walk will be held outdoors with bathroom facilities available inside the building.
