Adelyn's Hope is my family's team and Adelyn Jane is my oldest sister, who is in heaven now because she was born very premature and very sick. I call her "Addie" and I know she is healthy and whole now, but I miss her so much and I wish I could have met her here on Earth.
Adelyn's Hope raises money to support research and education for families like mine, who have been affected by premature birth and infant death, and for other families who face pregnancy complications and birth defects.
